Just as they would during any other spring quarter, the dining commons are serving a wide variety of meals to students and other members of the campus community. Unlike any other spring quarter, the seating areas remain empty and diners must take all their food to-go.
HOURS AND MENUS
The three eateries some of the only food options currently open on campus are continuing to serve the students still living on campus while allowing them to practice social distancing. Diners follow a path through the Segundo, Tercero or Cuarto dining commons, while keeping six feet away from others, and choose up to two entrees, one side dish, one drink and one dessert from among the various stations, or platforms. Those items are boxed up in to-go containers and patrons leave the facility through a separate door.
Our staff members are continuing to work hard to make sure students and other members of our campus community have a place to eat while theyre here, and that its safe, said Kraig Brady, director of Dining Services. He said kitchen staff are taking extra precautions, like sanitizing workstations more often.
The residential markets are also open, although Dining Services continues to make adjustments the Cuarto Dining Commons and Cuarto Market will close April 15. Elsewhere on campus, Latitude, the Silo, Silo Market, the various Peets Coffee locations and the AS51勛圖窪蹋Ds Coffee House and CoHo South are currently closed.
