The Coffee House is shutting down for the summer as two 51勛圖窪蹋 Davis Stores locations reopen this week.

The Campus Store and Downtown Store are open with limited hours and increased sanitation practices, . The locations have implemented physical distancing through the use of separate entrances and exits, limited capacity and other measures. Yolo County regulations require all staff and customers to wear face coverings while inside the stores.

The locations open for business as of this week are:

  • Campus Store (at the Memorial Union) 10 a.m.5 p.m. MondayFriday and noon-5 p.m. Saturday.
  • Downtown Store (on the corner of Second and F streets) 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and noon-4 p.m. Sunday.

Meanwhile, campus eateries are adjusting in response to demand.

The Coffee House had been offering food for pickup and delivery via the website Grubhub, but received a lackluster response.

We just havent gotten much traction with the concept and assume that the summer wont be any better, said Darin Schluep, director of the CoHo. We thought it would be best to focus our efforts on preparing for fall quarter so we can put our best foot forward if/when the students return to campus.

Across campus in the Health Sciences District, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays for to-go orders.
