As we communicated yesterday (Oct. 10), the technical team performed continual health checks on the system and worked diligently to get Banner back into production. This revised timeline comes after IET sent the results of overnight (Friday-Saturday) health checks to the vendor, and the vendor’s analysis revealed more errors. They’ve been repaired, but due to these errors, the vendor recommended additional health scans to ensure data integrity.
